kathak by the youngest exponent Saberi Misra of the Jaipur Gharana lineage, great grand daughter of Jailal Maharaj and grand daughter of Pt Ramgopal Misra and Guru Susmita Misra and daughter of Pandit Rajkumar Misra and Smt Chandrima Misra. Saberi has been trained in Kathak by her Grandmother Guru Susmita Misra since the age of 2 and she is now 18 years old. Being brought up in London for the past 12 years, Saberi has kept her passion and practice alive, and is performing on many prestigious platforms. Saberi is also learning hindustani vocal from her mother and tabla from her father, and is also performing at a professional level in tabla and vocal and this has added to her quality as a dancer.
